Stepmother Arrives, Stepsons Have No Way Out

Made for the phone in your hand, Stepmother Arrives, Stepsons Have No Way Out tells a romance story in portrait mode — no rotating, no black bars. There are 38 quick episodes, so the full series adds up to roughly 57 min — shorter than most feature films. The plot, in short:

Orphan-raised genius Claire marries powerhouse patriarch Adrian on a ten-million-a-year contract, becoming stepmom to three wild boys. She doesn't play gentle, she plays smart, running the house like a project: booting the youngest out for smashing things, hitting the cocky eldest where it stings, busting the vain middle kid's fake friends. Resistance turns to respect as the boys fall for her brains and heart. Adrian shifts from seeing a transaction to genuinely falling for her. By the end, Claire has won over the whole family, and brought real warmth to a mansion that was ice-cold.
