Parasite

Parasite belongs to the new wave of vertical dramas: a single mom & babies story framed tall and cut into bite-size episodes. It runs 41 episodes of roughly one to two minutes each — about 1 h 2 min in total, easy to finish over a few commutes. The plot, in short:

Single mother and nanny Ruth hides her psychologically disturbed son Keith in a wealthy family's basement, desperate to free him from poverty. As Keith awakens to dark desires that cross moral boundaries, Ruth spirals into moral decay to conceal their crimes—until Keith's final transgression brings inevitable punishment.
