Billionaire heiress Helena is betrayed by stepmother Catherine and ex-fiancé Maxim—secret lovers who shoot her father, seize the fortune, and sell her at a dark-web auction. A mysterious man buys her: Tomas, a broke hotel bodyguard—really the Godfather of Latin America's underworld, whom she saved at Rio Carnival. Hidden in a rundown apartment, lies, power, danger, and love test their bond.
