Married to a Hidden Fortune

Married to a Hidden Fortune belongs to the new wave of vertical dramas: a contract marriage and revenge story framed tall and cut into bite-size episodes. It runs 51 episodes of roughly one to two minutes each — about 1 h 17 min in total, easy to finish over a few commutes. Here is what the story is about.

50-year-old single mother Anne loses her house after mortgaging it for her son's wedding. Homeless and desperate, she flash-marries Leonardo, a self-proclaimed "poor plumber." After marriage, she discovers he is the 10th-generation heir of the Windsor family—a trillion-dollar financial empire. Even more unexpectedly, the girl who set them up, Rebecca, turns out to be Bella, her biological daughter lost 20 years ago. From a lower-class mother humiliated by her in-laws and deceived by her daughter-in-law into donating a kidney, Anne rises to become the wife of a billionaire—and reclaims her long-lost family.
