Irreplaceable You

Irreplaceable You belongs to the new wave of vertical dramas: a powerful women story framed tall and cut into bite-size episodes. There are 76 quick episodes, so the full series adds up to roughly 1 h 54 min — shorter than most feature films. Here is what the story is about.

After a secret five-year relationship, Wendy Burke is coldly abandoned by Marty Brown when his dream girl, Sylvia Burns, returns to the country pregnant. He ends their affair with company shares as compensation. On his wedding day, Wendy joins the Carter Group under Nick Carter, cutting ties for good. When Marty finally realizes what he’s lost, it’s too late. Karma strikes, and Wendy finds true love at last.
