I Defied Heaven to Bring Her Back

Shot top-to-bottom for smartphones, I Defied Heaven to Bring Her Back is a revenge and romance series where each episode plays like a single scroll-stopping scene. There are 56 quick episodes, so the full series adds up to roughly 1 h 24 min — shorter than most feature films. The plot, in short:

Snow Towson saved Leon Soren with her own blood, then vanished as his queen. Chloe finds Snow’s eight-tailed remains and learns Leon Soren and Noble Consort Cho skinned her alive. She summons Snow’s spirit, only to discover her soul is split into seven shards, and Kenyon was once her severed tail-spirit. Will Snow return, or become something else?
